The Wheel of Life consists of eight areas of your life including:
Family and Friends
Fun and Recreation
Rate each of the areas from 1-10.
1 = not satisified
10 = very satisifed
I often am asked, "What does each area mean?" or "What do I include?"
That's up to you. The goal is to categorize and prioritize the areas of your life so you can reduce overwhelm and determine where you want to focus.
