Questions to include:
What would happen if I ___________?
What would happen next?
What could I do then?
What would happen after that?
Ask yourself "What would happen if I ___________?" in response to a situation or problem. Then ask yourself the above questions - repeatedly.
The key to this exercise to taking it FAR. Use your imagination. Keep asking until you have exhausted the train of thought and your responses are unlikely and unpredictable. How do you feel about it?
You may learn something about the situation and yourself in the process and gain some clarity.
