Having an accountability partner and using an accountability checklist can keep you organized and on track.
I suggest a weekly 30 minute phone call. You each spend about 7 minutes reviewing what you've done and then 7 minutes writing down and committing to what you will accomplish the following week. That's it.
Some people use a coach to assist with accountability but a friend or colleague can be equally beneficial.
